Kitchen & Staging - Thorncrest

This lovely bungalow receive a total renovation by a real estate investor & contractor who needed my help to design an Ikea kitchen plan to fit their newly opened space and to stage the property after all their work throughout the home was complete.

My kitchen design needed to be functional and a neutral palette to appeal to all potential buyers...but needed to have some custom detail that made it stand out from the typical "flip".

Introducing the floating wood shelves brought warmth to the otherwise cool grey and white tones and tied in well with the new hardwood throughout this home.

Quality workmanship, timeless design and proper home staging definitely played a key role in finding a new home owner. The house SOLD within days of being put on the market!!!
